Want to exchange or return an item? No problem !

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you can return items with the exception of gift vouchers.

1. Simply complete the return form and add this form to the package, otherwise your return will not be processed!

2. Send the return package at your expense to the following address:

3. We will send you an email upon receipt of your package in order to exchange or issue a voucher -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_         _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ valid for 3 months "there is no refund"

Keep the following points in mind when returning:

• Be sure to return your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

• Also make sure that everything is well packaged so that it cannot be damaged during transport.

• Return costs are your responsibility. Unless we, Mamzelle have sent an incorrect delivery.

• Returned items will not be taken back if:

1. They are worn, worn and/or washed​

2. They are damaged and/or you tried to fix it

3. Be careful with makeup! items with makeup stains are not taken back.

4. Promotional or sale items are not taken back ni swap

5. We do not take back items outside the 14 day period.​

• Follow the instructions for washing and ironing items as much as possible.

• MAMZELLE is not responsible for any problems with the item after washing and/or ironing.
